How to delete Instagram

Here are the steps to delete an Instagram account:

1. Open the Instagram app on your phone or tablet and go to your profile by tapping the person icon on the bottom right.

2. Tap the three horizontal lines on the top right corner and select "Settings" at the bottom of the menu.

3. Scroll down and tap "Help," then select "Help Center."

4. In the Help Center, type "Delete Instagram account" in the search bar, then select "Delete Your Account" from the search results.

5. Read through the information on the "Delete Your Account" page, and make sure you understand what deleting your account means.

6. Select the reason you are deleting your account from the dropdown menu.

7. Enter your password to verify your account.

8. Finally, tap "Permanently delete my account" to confirm that you want to delete your account.

That's it! Your Instagram account will be permanently deleted, along with all the photos, videos, and other data associated with it. Note that once you delete your account, you won't be able to reactivate it or retrieve any of your data.
